We believe that baptism is a symbolic act where a believer in Jesus identifies with Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection by being immersed in water. We do not believe that baptism saves anyone, but it is the first step of obedience to Jesus after believing in Him and publicly marks a person out as a member of God’s people.
