Jonathan has a BA from Boyce College, where he also taught preaching classes part time. He has received a PhD in Old Testament from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He works as a theological review editor for CrossBooks, a division of Lifeway and writes for Baptist21. Jonathan is married to Ashley, and they have two beautiful girls, Maddy and Emma Grace.
Devin Black

Devin earned a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University and a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University. Growing up in a music ministry family, he began leading worship at 17 and has since served in both lay and church staff capacities. Devin is married to Kailey, and together they have made middle Tennessee their home.
Matthew Meridieth

Matthew graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in Psychology and Sociology. He spent three summers working camps with the Tennessee Baptist Convention as an Assistant Camp Director, Recreation Director, and Bible Study Leader. He was also a Youth Ministry Intern for FBC Gallatin while in college. He married his wife Kristen in May of 2009. That same year he moved to Lebanon and joined the Fairview Church family, where he served as a deacon from the fall of 2011 until being hired to the Associate Pastor of Youth position.
Becky Silvey

After years of serving as a preschool teacher and Children’s Ministry assistant at Fairview Church, Becky Silvey is now serving as Preschool and Children’s Minister. Becky received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Belmont University in 1987. She spent many years as a home schooling, stay-at-home mom to her four great kids, Jacob, Gabriel, Aaron and Olivia.

Since joining the team in 2005, Kim has managed all the communication and design for Fairview. She also assists with the Worship & Creative Arts and Student ministries. She attended Tennessee Technological University.
